I'd go with that Maverick. They were handsome cars and that one looks very nice. Much better looking and cleaner than that early Barracuda.

yea, thats what i thought, too. i've seen this car several times at meets. i'd have bought it if i didn't have too much junk already. i've even got an amc 401 with dogleg heads & a 4 speed for it...that would make a dodge fan shit a conniption.

Brand choice?

If it were up to me, I'd go 2nd gen Camaro or 3-4th gen Nova. Very easy to work on, parts are very easy to find and cheaper, there are strong communities around both to help you, and there's lots of aftermarket cool shit.
